You can order short-term services from 1 hour or long-term services at daily, weekly (7 days) or monthly rates (staggering 31/62/80 weekdays).

For long-term rentals over 80 days, the calculation basis starts again with the smallest subsequent fare selection (example: 87 days are required, then the total price is composed of 3 monthly flat rate and 1 weekly flat rate).

Fleet

The service prices include a liability insurance with a coverage of EUR 100 million for property and pecuniary loss, per personal injury limited to EUR 12 million. For rentals from 01.11. until 31.03. the winter tires are included in the price.

General provisions

Additional services

    
The provision of additional services (extra waiting time, extra kilometers, extra time) or special customer requests (for example, excess luggage, bulky luggage, driver's language) can not be guaranteed. If the service provider accepts the provision of such additional services or customer requests, fees may be due in accordance with the current version of the booking conditions and the invoice will be updated accordingly.
    
If the user books a ride for another passenger, the user is nevertheless responsible for all costs of the additional services additionally booked by the passenger (e.g., extra time, additional stops), provided the service provider can provide these additional services. If the user wishes to prohibit the booking of additional services, it is his duty to notify the passenger directly.

Collection times

    
We attach great importance to safety. The drivers have to drive according to the prevailing road and traffic conditions and can not guarantee delivery times.
    
To estimate the approximate driving time, we recommend the use of tools such as Google Maps
    
For the airport drop-off service, we recommend that you follow the airline's policies to ensure you have enough time to check in and board.

Preventing transportation by the user

    
If the user or passenger decides not to drive, as the service provider can not properly convey the passengers, including children and animals, and / or can not carry extra or bulky items, the total amount of fees agreed upon for the order remains payable, less any expenses possibly saved ,
    
The same applies if the user or passenger does not make the journey because the service provider refrains from carrying out the transport, since the user or passenger requires special services to which the service provider did not previously agree.

Behavior in the vehicle

    
It is forbidden to smoke in the vehicle. The use of safety belts is mandatory.
    
The vehicle is to be treated with care by passengers.
    
The service provider reserves the right to refuse performance of the service contract or to terminate the journey if the user or the passenger does not comply with these requirements or does not behave properly despite a request from the service provider, unless the user has lodged an order Booking request expressly a corresponding request or the service provider agreed in addition to. Inappropriate behavior includes vandalism, refusal to wear seat belts, and activities that make the service provider feel insecure and uncomfortable. In this case, the total amount of the fees agreed upon for the order remains payable, less any expenses saved. In addition, the service provider may claim compensation from the user or passenger for necessary repair of damage to the vehicle or for cleaning of the usual excess pollution in the vehicle caused or caused by the passenger.

Rejection for unlawful purposes

    
The service provider may refuse to perform the service contract if it reasonably believes that the user or passenger is a member of an unlawful organization or uses the services in an unlawful or unlawful manner.

Cancellation Policy / Change of Service

    
Cancellations up to 8 weeks before order start: free of charge
    
Cancellations up to 2 days before order start: 50% of the original order value is the cancellation fee
    
Cancellations up to 2 hours before order start: 75% of the original order value is the cancellation fee
    
Cancellations less than 2 hours before the start of the order or no-show of the passenger: 100% of the original order value is the cancellation fee
    
If a reduction in benefits occurs less than 8 weeks before the start of the order, the amount of the originally agreed scope of service will be invoiced and serves as the basis for calculating the cancellation fee. If a service extension is made, the extended scope of service will be charged and serves as a basis for calculating the cancellation fee.



Implementation / delay / waiting time

    
If the user or passenger does not arrive at the agreed pick - up location within 60 minutes after the agreed pick - up time and if he / she is unavailable beyond the telephone number provided in the booking, this will be considered a no - show without cancellation, and the user is obliged to pay Service contract mentioned full price to pay.
    
If the user or passenger requires additional waiting time, he must inform the service provider that he should wait.
    
The service provider is always available for the customer until the booked hours have expired. Daily bookings are based on an 8-hour working day.
    
If the agreed booking time is exceeded additional hours will be charged at 35.00 EUR per started hour.
    
The first 15 minutes from the beginning of the order are free. If exceeded, the waiting period will be charged at 35.00 EUR per started hour.
    
Any additional time required during the journey, such as Stopover, is chargeable and will be settled in the agreed time frame. If the agreed time frame is exceeded, the waiting period will be charged at EUR 35.00 per commenced hour.


Km-billing

    
For the booking the conditions stated in the offer apply (pure mileage or kilometer packages and possibly agreed additional kilometers).
    
The accruing kilometers for the arrival or return to / from the rental station Mondorf-les-Bains from / to the customer's place of work are included in the total kilometers.
    
Any additional kilometers, e.g. for a non-planned intermediate destination or if the agreed kilometer package is exceeded, are subject to charge (including VAT).
    
The billing of the additional kilometers is billed monthly for long-term orders, and for short-term orders directly after the end of the order.



Night additional charges

    
Between 22:00 and 06:00 of the following day, a night supplement will be charged.
    
The night surcharge is 10.00 EUR per started hour for orders that last at least 1 working day.
    
The night surcharge is 20.00 EUR per started hour for transfers.
    
The night surcharge is included in the quoted price if the service times are known at the time of the price request.
 

Expenses / overnight stays of the driver

    
The following applies to long-term orders and transfer rides: A night is automatically charged for destinations or journeys with intermediate stops which make it impossible for the driver to return to the rental station Mondorf-les-Bains within the working day of 8 hours. For the overnight stay of the driver there is a fee of 110,00 EUR per night.
    
For a total contract duration of at least 6 hours, an allowance fee of EUR 24.00 will be charged.


Break times of the driver

    
For vehicles with a maximum permissible gross weight of 2.8 tonnes, the provisions of the Working Hours Act apply: a maximum of 8 hours of activity per day behind the wheel, in exceptional cases 10 hours. After 6 hours of work, the driver is allowed 30 minutes rest, after 9 hours 45 minutes rest. The night rest for the driver between two order days must be at least 11 hours.
    
For vehicles between 2.8 tonnes and 3.5 tonnes total weight (ie the weight including trailer) similar rest periods apply as bus drivers: a maximum of 9 hours of activity per day behind the wheel, twice a week 10 hours. After a driving time of 4.5 hours at least 45 minutes break must be made. Between two days of the order, the driver has to pause 11 hours. The weekly rest period should add up to 45 hours.
    
If it is foreseeable that these driving and rest times are undershot, a second driver must be booked.


Transport of animals

    
At the time of booking, information must be provided on whether / which / how many animals are to be transported.
    
The service provider reserves the right to refuse carriage if these special requests are not mentioned at the time of booking or the service provider can not comply with the request.
    
There may be additional charges (such as cleaning fees) charged to the client.


Transport of children

    
There are no standardized child safety provisions around the world, so service providers in certain countries may need to comply with more stringent local regulations (as a rule, in many European countries, the requirement is for children under 13 and under 1.5 meters tall have to sit in a special registered car seat or a special approved child seat).
    
At the time of booking, information must be provided on whether / how many children should be transported in which age group.
    
In general, users are responsible for requesting child safety seats.
    
Safety and compliance with legal requirements must be guaranteed. For this reason, the service provider reserves the right to refuse carriage if these special requests are not mentioned at the time of booking or if the service provider can not comply with the request.
    
There may be additional charges (for example, child car or seat lift rental fees), which will be charged to the client.


Extra cost

    
Any additional costs incurred in connection with the direct execution of the order (for example, tolls, car ferry charges, fuel costs, parking costs) will be charged to the client for long-term orders, and for short-term orders at the latest at the end of the journey.
 

Payment terms

    
Down payments / deposits for long-term orders: 10 days after receipt of invoice
    
Advance payments / deposits Short-term orders: at least 3 days before order start on our account incoming, or in cash before departure
    
Monthly invoices: 10 days after receipt of the invoice.
    
Final invoices: 10 days after receipt of the invoice.
    
In the event of late payment, the service provider reserves the right to refuse further transportation until full settlement of outstanding items according to the payment date.


Payment

    
Accepted: bank transfers, cash payments in euros (against receipt)
    
Not accepted: debit or credit card payments, electronic transfers via smartphone or special internet services (eg PayPal).


Bail

    
The user must provide a security in the amount of the expected invoice amount plus a security surcharge of at least EUR 110.00 or a maximum of 10% plus the expected invoice amount.
